Mint Studio Policies

* 48hr rescheduling/cancellation notice is required on all appointments to avoid a cancellation
charge. If rescheduling is done after the 48 hrs, your booked service will be charged 50% of
its total, but credited back to you at your next appointment. If you no call no show your 50%
charge will be non refundable. Cancellation fees will be waived if you test positive or have
been exposed to someone with Covid-19.

* The studio asks that you’re no more than 15mins late to your appointment in order to receive
your fully scheduled services.

* There are no refunds or exchanges on retail products.

* If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with a service provided you may contact the studio within
10 days from your original appointment date to have a re-servicing appointment made.

* Prices listed per service are a base price and may increase due to hair length and density
which would require additional time and product. ( 4.5% NYC Service Tax is added at
checkout)
